Qualifications

• Two years of BSA, Risk Management, or Collections experience.
• Experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate risks that could result in loan or deposit losses, fraud, or other financial impacts.
• Analyze trends to identify vulnerabilities and develop fraud prevention strategies.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management to inform decisions.
• Oversee procedural adjustments to keep prevention practices effective and aligned with evolving risks.
• Promote a culture of prevention by partnering across the organization.
