Job summary

RadiFi Credit Union is seeking a Vice President, BSA to lead the BSA/Fraud functions and ensure regulatory compliance. The role manages the fraud team, advises on fraud mitigation, and serves as the contact for NCUA consumer affairs.

Based in Jacksonville, FL, the position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and administers BSA/AML software tools. The incumbent will conduct risk assessments, develop policies, and drive company-wide training in fraud prevention and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in a financial institution with knowledge of products/services and compliance issues.
• Fraud investigation experience is preferred.
• Two-year college degree or specialized certification, with required certifications for BSA Compliance Officer and a Certified Fraud Examiner Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BSA/Fraud functions and ensure compliance with respective regulations and policies.
• Manage fraud team and provide recommendations to management on fraud mitigation.
• Serve as Credit Union contact for NCUA consumer affairs.
