Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of assigned PI cases.
• Drive cases forward without waiting for instructions.
• Track treatment, records, bills, liens, insurance, and deadlines.
• Maintain consistent client communication.
• Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation.
• Coordinate with providers, carriers, lienholders, and opposing counsel.
• Identify stalled cases, missing information, and problems early.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, litigation, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Keep case files and case-management systems accurate and current.
