This role offers hands-on litigation exposure, managing a steady caseload, and growth in a fast-paced, results‑oriented environment.

The ideal attorney takes initiative, moves matters forward decisively, and balances independent case ownership with strong client and team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to legal documentation, filings, and procedural requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters from inception through resolution with clear ownership of case strategy and progress.
• Handle law and motion practice, including drafting, filing, and arguing motions as needed.
• Manage written discovery, including preparing responses, reviewing opposing submissions, and driving follow-up.
• Take and defend depositions with strong preparation and effective advocacy.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations, advancing matters toward timely resolution.
• Prepare cases for trial and try cases when appropriate.
• Maintain momentum across multiple active matters in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Partner with colleagues and staff to deliver strong client service and case outcomes.

This position is ideal for an attorney who can take ownership of cases and manage them from inception through resolution.
