• Prior experience as paralegal, legal assistant, or in a comparable legal support role.
• Family law and/or litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with California court procedures and filing requirements preferred.
• Paralegal certificate or other qualification meeting applicable California paralegal requirements preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Organize exhibits, lodgments, filings, and supporting materials
• Assist with trial and hearing preparation, including coordinating materials, tracking deadlines, and supporting attorney readiness
• Maintain calendars and monitor court, discovery, filing, and internal deadlines
• Track case status, follow-up items, and outstanding tasks to help matters move forward efficiently
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic and physical case files
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and other departments to support consistent legal operations
• Follow established court procedures, filing requirements, and firm protocols
