Job summary

ASML seeks an Operational Supplier Coordinator to manage the short-term Materials Availability Performance of our suppliers. You will be the first point of contact for inbound supply chain management with suppliers and internal customers, and you will ensure materials availability to factories and the field by monitoring agreements and performance indicators.

You will pro-actively manage a portfolio of parts, translate demand changes into concrete actions, participate in supplier improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Knowledge of Logistics processes, supply chain and SAP/ERP planning systems.
• 2–5 years relevant experience in logistics / supply chain management.
• Experience with planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for Inbound Supply Chain Management towards our suppliers and internal customers.
• Secure and assure Materials Availability to the factories and the field by monitoring agreements and performance indicators with the supplier.
• Pro-active Supply Management of a portfolio of parts by translating demand changes into concrete actions.
• Participation in supplier improvement projects with the Logistic Supplier Manager and Quality Supplier Manager.
• Coaching and training of suppliers to increase maturity and correct use of ASML systems, portals, processes, tools and techniques.
• Process improvements using LEAN methodologies like 4C/A3, and project participation at department level.
• Analysis and reporting on Materials Availability and updating interfaces with stakeholders.
