Job summary

ASML is seeking a SAP Coordinator to bridge planning, logistics and execution for customer projects worldwide. You will ensure materials, configuration data, and operational information are available to support installations and upgrades, while focusing on accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years in material coordination, logistics, operations or SCM.
• At least one year working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA or related systems preferred.
• Excel and data management tools for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material availability and delivery schedules for installations and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate configuration and material records by updates and data validation.
• Investigate and resolve material issues including damaged parts and inventory concerns.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and material status to stakeholders.
• Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to manage deliveries and handling.
• Review data accuracy and elevate issues impacting schedule.
• Support process improvements to enhance readiness and customer satisfaction.
