Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Sales Manager for Sheraton Galleria Dallas. You will act as the local on-property sales contact, proactively soliciting revenue opportunities and upselling to maximize hotel revenue.

You will manage accounts, forecast group volume, and craft sales contracts to meet targets. The role requires 3+ years in progressive sales, preferably in hospitality, with strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Experience in hospitality industry preferred; selling luxury brands and experiential services.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to win business.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and handle revenue opportunities for the hotel.
• Actively upsell each business opportunity to maximize revenue.
• Meet and exceed personal and team revenue goals.
• Forecast group sleeping rooms and revenue for assigned groups.
• Create and manage sales contracts and events.
• Maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
