Thalhimer Multifamily is seeking a Leasing Associate to create a welcoming, professional environment for current and prospective residents. You will market available units, greet visitors, conduct tours, and assist in processing applications to ensure smooth leasing operations.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting while supporting the Community Manager with daily administrative tasks and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with property management software.
• MRI experience preferred but not required.
• Desire to make a positive difference in the community.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and Leasing: Plan and execute marketing activities to attract prospective residents, ensuring the community's visibility and appeal.
• Customer Engagement: Greet prospective residents, conduct tours of vacant/model apartments, and assist in the timely processing of applications.
• Administrative Support: Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations, including processing rent payments and performing ongoing administrative functions to ensure smooth property management.
• Resident Relations: Provide outstanding customer service, building positive relationships with both current and prospective residents to ensure a great living experience.
