Job summary

Corpay in Brentwood, TN is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client needs. You will support customers via phone, chat, email, and other channels, resolving issues quickly and building trusted partnerships.

You will collaborate with Sales, Credit, Risk/Card Services, and IT Support to ensure a seamless client experience while driving loyalty and product adoption. We offer training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college strongly preferred.
• 2 years in an office environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client needs through multiple channels with timely, professional service.
• Create and maintain client loyalty by delivering easy and consistent customer experiences.
• Proactively addressing and resolving customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Act as single point of contact coordinating with internal departments to support clients.
• Identify growth opportunities by collaborating with sales teams.
