Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group seeks a Preventive Maintenance Technician to maintain and inspect hotel facilities in New Orleans. You will perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, document findings, and address minor repairs to keep the property running smoothly.

Qualifications

Mechanical and technical aptitude required.
Experience with building systems or property maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Complete inspections and record findings accurately.
Address minor repairs before they escalate.
Support guest room maintenance and property-wide upkeep.
Maintain tools, equipment, and supply areas.
Assist the maintenance team during emergencies or special projects.
