The role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance, with a commitment to Sonesta's SERVICE standards and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced vocational training plus two years of experience in general building maintenance or construction.
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electricity, and equipment mechanics.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service following G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs across hotel areas.
• Monitor equipment and energy systems; perform minor repairs as needed.
• Complete preventative maintenance and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of exterior areas and assets.
