Qualifications

• Experience in all phases of building maintenance including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• 2+ years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests in a timely manner, including building repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor in prioritizing work orders and scheduling maintenance.
