Live Oaks Golf Club in Jackson, MS, managed by Bobby Jones Links, seeks a Pro Shop Manager to lead daily golf operations and help shape the club's new chapter. You will work with an experienced PGA General Manager and oversee merchandising, events, and staff development.

The role emphasizes exceptional member service, event planning, and training programs, with a full-time, benefits-enabled position at a premier semi-private course.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, Word and club POS systems.
• Understanding of club financials and profitability.
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
• Knowledge of shop inventory and merchandising.
• Attention to detail in operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests at all times.
• Manage daily golf operations, including opening and closing of the Pro Shop.
• Assist in the planning and execution of golf tournaments and club events.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members as needed.
• Create training programs, operational standards, and manuals.
• Generate weekly scheduling for all golf department team members.
• Participate in our merchandising program which includes ordering, receiving, displaying, and inventory control.
• Devise best practices to maximize merchandise sales.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
