Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members and guests
• Sell merchandise and process payments
• Manage reservations for tee times and services
• Maintain inventory and keep the shop clean and organized
• Train, schedule, and lead pro shop, range, and cart staff
• Handle guest concerns and help resolve service issues
• Follow company rules for cash handling and closing duties
• Support the General Manager and lead the team when they are away
• Assist with staff meetings and communication
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
