American Golf Corporation is seeking a Pro Shop Manager to lead all golf shop operations, drive guest service excellence, supervise staff, and support daily course activities. The role ensures adherence to company rules and standards across the facility.

You will oversee sales, reservations, inventory, and staff training, while maintaining a welcoming, efficient shop environment for members and guests.

Formación

• 1-2 years in customer service, ideally golf, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling cash and card transactions.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of golf operations is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Work schedules vary based on business needs and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This role involves standing or walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
