Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon, CA is seeking a Pro Shop Attendant for Canyon Lanes to deliver friendly, knowledgeable guest service and support the daily operations of the Pro Shop, bowling center, and Food & Beverage service.

You will assist guests with merchandise, lane reservations, equipment, scoring systems, and POS transactions, while keeping displays stocked, and the shop clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail, bowling, entertainment, hospitality, or related guest service environment preferred.
• Prior experience in a bowling center, sporting goods store, or pro shop environment strongly preferred.
• Previous cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience preferred.
• Strong cash-handling accuracy and familiarity with inventory practices is desirable.
• USBC Pro Shop Technician certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Must pass a background check and obtain a gaming license.
• Must read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous service for Pro Shop products, bowling services, and Canyon Lanes activities.
• Assist with lane assignments, reservations, equipment, scoring systems, shoe rentals, and general questions.
• Assist guests with merchandise selection and product knowledge.
• Provide information on features, pricing, availability, and events.
• Enter Food & Beverage orders into the POS when assigned.
• Deliver orders to lanes and guest areas as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately (cash, credit, comps, discounts).
• Maintain cash drawers and inventory displays; keep areas clean and stocked.
• Support events, leagues, and promotions; assist with setup as needed.
• Monitor inventory and report discrepancies.
