Job summary

The Pro Shop Attendant – Canyon Lanes at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa provides friendly, knowledgeable guest service while supporting Canyon Lanes Pro Shop operations. You will assist guests with merchandise, lane assignments, reservations, and scoring systems, and you’ll handle POS transactions and food & beverage orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a guest-facing role.
• Basic cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to operate a POS system and cash register.
• Familiarity with bowling products or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, knowledgeable service at the Pro Shop.
• Assist with lane assignments, reservations, and merchandise selection.
• Process sales and Food & Beverage orders and maintain accurate transactions.
• Maintain inventory, displays, and clean, well-stocked retail areas.
• Support events, parties, and promotions at Canyon Lanes.
