Job summary

Staccato Vegas in Pahrump, NV, seeks a Pro Shop Associate to deliver high-touch service, advise on firearms, memberships, and gear, and drive retail and ranch experiences.

You will guide customers through safe handling, comply with 4473s and background checks, maintain inventory, support events, and work with the Retail Manager to create a welcoming, premium guest experience. This on-site role demands detail-oriented teamwork and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, hospitality, or customer service; firearms or outdoor industry a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a passion for service.
• Eligible to work in a firearms retail environment under laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with firearms, memberships, gear, and ranch offerings.
• Guide customers through safe handling protocols and compliance steps.
• Help manage inventory, stock replenishment, and store displays.
• Process sales, coordinate events and product launches, and support Ranch experiences.
• Collaborate with Retail Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance guest experience.
