Job summary

Staccato Vegas in Pahrump, NV, invites a friendly Pro Shop Associate to deliver high-touch service to guests, advise on firearms, memberships, gear, and ranch offerings, while ensuring safe handling and compliance steps.

You will support daily retail and membership sales, maintain inventory, assist with events, and collaborate with the Retail Manager to create a welcoming, brand-aligned experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, hospitality, or customer service; firearms industry a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering best-in-class service.
• Comfortable handling firearms and/or willing to be trained in firearms safety protocols.
• Must be eligible to work in a firearms retail environment under applicable federal and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch service to guests by advising on firearms, memberships, gear, and ranch offerings.
• Guide customers through safe handling protocols and compliance steps, including 4473s and background checks.
• Support day-to-day operations of the Staccato Ranch retail store; maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records; assist with stock replenishment and audits.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Help coordinate events, product launches, and Ranch-hosted experiences as needed.
• Collaborate with the Retail Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance the Ranch experience.
• Support ATF compliance for firearms handling and documentation.
