JOB SUMMARY :

Under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent, the Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests at the golf course. This role involves handling retail sales, scheduling tee times, maintaining a clean and organized pro shop, and ensuring guests have a positive experience. This position is a seasonal position and is normally employed for six months between April and September.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
