PIC-Precision Industrial is seeking a Pro Shop Attendant to greet guests, manage tee times, and handle retail and F&B transactions in a fast-paced golf environment.

You will maintain displays, assist customers, and support events and tournaments, while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth pace of play.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Basic math skills and comfort operating a point-of-sale system
• Knowledge of golf, course etiquette, and equipment a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Schedule and manage tee times, check in players, and collect green and cart fees
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process retail, food, and beverage transactions accurately
• Maintain organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing merchandise displays
• Assist customers with merchandise selection, club rentals, and general inquiries
• Coordinate cart staging, starter duties, and pace-of-play as needed
• Handle reservations, league sign-ups, and tournament registrations
• Keep the pro shop, counter, and surrounding areas clean and orderly
• Balance the cash drawer and complete opening and closing procedures
• Communicate course conditions, policies, and promotions to guests
• Support golf events, outings, and tournaments as needed

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Golf privileges, merchandise discounts, and resort perks may be available.
