Job summary

CENTURY GOLF PARTNERS MANAGEMENT in La Quinta, CA is seeking a part-time seasonal service associate to deliver high-quality customer service to members and guests and support golf shop operations. The position runs October through May, with flexible shifts (morning, mid-day or afternoon).

Ideal candidates have golf knowledge, tee time reservation experience, POS and basic computer skills, and a valid California driver's license.

• Experience with POS and basic computer operations.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Establishes excellent member and guest relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service.
• Golf Shop operations: checking in members and guests, tee time reservations, event registrations, merchandise sales and event promotions. May assist in special events and assists with other operations as needed.
• Enforces all rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, golf carts and other golf facilities.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Golf knowledge (golf operations, golf equipment and merchandise).
