CENTURY GOLF PARTNERS MANAGEMENT in California is seeking a part-time seasonal Golf Shop Associate for PGA WEST Pete Dye Mountain & Dunes Courses. The role focuses on high-quality customer service, tee time reservations, merchandise sales, and event registrations.

• Enforces all rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, golf carts and other golf facilities.

Position Description

POSITION SUMMARY

To provide high quality customer service to members and guests; perform assigned golf shop operational activities; and perform other duties as required.

This is a part-time seasonal position. Time period: October to end of May, based on business needs

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Golf knowledge (golf operations, golf equipment and merchandise).
• Experience with Tee Time Reservation System.
• Experience with POS and basic computer operations.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment.
• English speaking required.
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations and maintain composure.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds or more.
• Must be able to stand on feet majority of the day.
