Job summary

CENTURY GOLF PARTNERS MANAGEMENT in La Quinta, CA is seeking a part-time seasonal Golf Shop Associate to deliver high-quality member and guest service, manage tee times, and assist with merchandise and events.

This role runs from October to the end of May, requiring flexibility for mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work well under pressure and lift 20 pounds.

California driver’s license required; prior golf shop or POS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge of operations and merchandise.

• Experience with POS and basic computer operations.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Establishes excellent member and guest relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service.
• Golf Shop operations: checking in members and guests, tee time reservations, event registrations, merchandise sales and event promotions. May assist in special events and assists with other operations as needed.
• Enforces all rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, golf carts and other golf facilities.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
