Job summary

You will also build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, providing insights gained on deliveries. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and the ability to upsell while maintaining inventory knowledge and a clean, organized store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and occasional up to 100 lbs.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work days/evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs.
