Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and maintain daily credit accounts. You will engage customers, promote current sales and loyalty programs, and help upsell products to increase transaction value.

You'll work with the CPP team to share insights from deliveries, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and provide friendly, reliable service across shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP with insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot).
• General stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
