Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a dedicatedDelivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro shoppers, handle returns, and assist in upselling to raise transaction value.

You will also manage daily collection of credit accounts, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Safe driving record and ability to safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Excellent customer service and ability to upsell when appropriate.
• Clear verbal and written English communication for customer interactions.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and delivery boards to manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
