Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an automotive parts delivery driver to support pro customers and walk-in clients in Lilburn, GA. You will pick, stage, and safely deliver parts, uphold store standards, and promote current sales and loyalty programs while building lasting customer relationships.

You'll handle returns, core pickups, credit collections, and upsell opportunities, using inventory systems and driving with safety and accuracy. High school diploma and valid driver's license required.

• Safe driving and navigation skills
• Excellent English communication, with Spanish a plus
• Sales aptitude and customer service orientation
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
• Ability to work flexible days, evenings, and weekends

Responsabilités

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs
• Collect credit accounts and maintain relationships with customers
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase order value
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock integrity
• Handle general stocking, back stock, and cycle counts
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts
