Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro accounts.

You will promote current sales and loyalty programs, handle returns, and assist with upselling and cross-selling to raise transaction value. The role requires safe driving, basic math, and strong communication; you’ll work in-store environments and may lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Able to perform basic math and measure in multiple units.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Collect credit accounts and maintain relationships with Pro customers.
• Assist upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; assist with cycle counts.
