Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will manage returns, distribute sales flyers, and collect credit accounts while building strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

You will upsell and cross-sell products to raise average transaction value, keep the store clean, stock parts, and handle back stock and cycle counts. Strong communication and safety awareness are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
