Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Delivery Associate to pick, stage, and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers in a fast-paced environment. You will also handle returns, upsell products, and maintain inventory while engaging with customers to understand their needs.

The role requires safe driving, the ability to use a delivery board system, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required. Flexible days/evenings/weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate a vehicle and navigate routes.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to upsell.
• Must be able to read inventory and parts catalogs.
• Ability to work with a team and adapt to flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales/loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers with insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
