Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Pensacola, FL seeks a driver who picks, stages and delivers parts to pro customers, handles returns, and promotes current sales and loyalty programs. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist with upselling to raise average transaction value, and help keep the store clean and organized.

Required are a high school diploma and a valid drivers license; automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to speak and understand English; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
