Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to professional customers and to assist with daily sales activities. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upsell products, and help maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift substantial weights. Automotive parts experience is preferred and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
