Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a full-time Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers across our stores in Logan, WV. You will also handle returns, assist in upselling and maintain stores’ cleanliness while following safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has automotive parts familiarity, a valid driver's license and a high school diploma. You will interact with walk-in customers to understand needs and promote current promotions and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned during deliveries
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services
• Other duties as assigned
