Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a delivery driver who will pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while maintaining accurate back stock and assisting with daily credit accounts.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upsell and cross-sell products to raise average transaction value, and help keep the store clean and stocked. The role requires safe driving and English communication, basic math, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Safe driving and navigation skills required.
Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
Strong math and basic cash handling.
Excellent customer service and sales aptitude.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
