Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers in a fast-paced retail setting. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, collect payments, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store cleanliness and stock integrity.

The role involves upselling, cross-selling, and assisting customers with product recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with delivery insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
