Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pickup returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock; include floors, bathrooms, and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck/back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
