Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to safely deliver parts to pro customers and walk-in buyers. You will stage orders, collect returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs while building strong customer relationships.

You’ll upsell and cross-sell to boost transaction value and assist with stock, cleanliness, and cycle counts. A valid license and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts knowledge or experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with assistance up to 100 pounds.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and walk-in customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect on credit accounts; maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory; assist with stock and cycle counts.
• Engage customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
