You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while learning CPP insights from deliveries. The position requires strong communication, basic math, and a willingness to learn new products and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Basic math skills for transactions and counting.
• English literacy; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and share delivery insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize floors, bathrooms, facing, and parking lot.
• Stock truck and back stock; perform cycle counts.
• Stay informed about inventory and new arrivals to aid sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
