Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers in a fast-paced retail environment. You will also handle returns, promote loyalty programs, collect account payments, and upsell products to increase transaction value.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills. The role requires flexible hours including weekends and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend parts or services.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
