Advance Auto Parts in Englewood, FL is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, build relationships, and support upselling while maintaining store cleanliness.

You will handle returns, assist with inventory, and engage with walk-in customers to identify needs. A valid driver's license is required; automotive parts experience is preferred; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
