Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery-focused team member to pick, stage, and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers from our Groveland, FL location.

You will also handle returns, assist with upselling, and help maintain inventory accuracy while representing the brand with excellent service. Essential duties include navigating routes, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
