Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Erlanger, KY is seeking a driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers and maintain inventory while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling and cross-selling, and ensure a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires a valid driver's license, basic math, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Automotive parts experience is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned while deliveries.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
