Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to support pro customers by delivering parts, picking up returns, and promoting loyalty programs. You will build relationships with key customers and assist in upselling to increase transaction value.

The role requires strong customer service, safe driving, and the ability to work flexible hours including some weekends. Automotive parts experience is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Responsabilités

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
