Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Knoxville, TN is seeking a dependable Driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers, while collecting credit accounts and maintaining store cleanliness.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, upsell related products, manage stock, and support inventory control. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required; automotive parts experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to pro customers safely and efficiently.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Distribute sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Collect credit accounts daily.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory integrity.
• Stock truck and back stock, perform cycle counts.
• Assist customers in selecting parts or services.
