Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Nolensville, TN is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, gather returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

You will maintain inventory knowledge, upsell and cross-sell products, build relationships with customers, and work flexible days including weekends; must have a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• English language proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
