Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Orlando, FL is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. The role includes handling returns, stocking, and promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, and maintain accurate inventory understanding while providing friendly, reliable service on daily routes. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent communication and ability to promote products to customers.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Ability to perform basic math for transactions and measurements.
• Willing to work days, evenings, weekends as needed.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Handle returns and cores; upsell and promote loyalty programs.
• Engage with Walk-in customers and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock inventory including back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Use the delivery board system for scheduling deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.
