Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Harlingen, TX is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers, gather returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with customers, upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value, and help maintain store cleanliness and inventory. A valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
Automotive parts experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

Pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers.
Pickup returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned during deliveries.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
Other duties as assigned.
