Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Delivery Driver in Crestwood, KY. You will pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, handle returns, and promote sales incentives while collecting daily credit accounts.

You’ll build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and assist in upselling to increase average transaction value. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with parts and inventories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs with flyers.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
